I just noticed my Terradive has small stress marks on it´s left leg, but I don´t mess with him often. Is it normal for stress marks to appear out of the blue?

I suppose they could if the part was under some invisible strain. The toy may have appeared fine, but the part could have been under stress at the joint where the parts meet.

Try using a hair dryer for a few minutes on the part. That traditionally removes some of the minor stress marks that can appear. It'll take awhile...so watch some TV while doing it!

Of if you're impatient, 2 seconds in boiling water, followed by 2 seconds out of the water, and repeat until the stress mark is gone.

Yep! In most cases, the stress marks will just disappear! It's totally fun cuz it looks like magic! I've used this technique a few times now and its pretty bizarre how it works :)
