I love it. It looks like he's going down to start break dancing, then quickly lost interest. "Ya know what, nevermind. I'm over it."

Can anyone recommend a decent basic stop motion app for Android? I'm specifically looking for one which has a ghosting option where it shows the last frame overlayed on what you're taking now. I want to have a go at this but keeping things straight between shots sounds a nightmare xD Thanks

That's the one I use. It does have the shadow/overlay option but I don't remember how to use it lmao, haven't made a stop motion in a long while

By sheer coincidence the next figure I received after Buzzworthy Bumblebee was Covert Agent Ravage, which meant another faux-transformation mix between two different figures! You might almost call it a mix tape :lol

I bought the set for the G1 Ravage.  My friend had to fill me in on the Beast Wars Ravage. Thanks for making this animation! Now I will not feel guilty taking them both out of the box and tossing the display since I can enjoy it forever through your animation.

Fake Edit: I so can't tell where you actually swap the two toys. Your blurring animation is that great!

Y'know, I bet you could probably sell just the display if you wanted (I'm sure some of the folks who already own the 3rd party Covert Ravage figure might be interested). I'm keeping the box because it's just so nice (love to see Hasbro adding extra visual appeal to their sets here and with Studio 86) and in case I decide to sell it later.

The trick to swapping seamlessly, as with Cybertronian Bee, is to have a bunch of frames that merge and blend parts from both figures so that one seems to logically emerge from the other. Once I'd created these 'hybrid' frames, I then added the motion blur which adds another layer of fidelity and helps to distract from the sleight of hand that's going on!

It starts off as a flick it book, but then becomes stop motion.

    Cheers folks!

Darting randomly from Beast Wars Ravage to G1 comics Skids now. Some of you may recall my previous X-Transbots Savant gif, which I have reused the background and Charlene elements from for this.

(actually I suppose there is a connection between Skids and Ravage, since it was he who was responsible for knocking Ravage down a mine shaft where he apparently stayed for several years!)

Funny how your random choice is actually connected like that. Skids and Ravage are always connected thanks to this comic.

Saw a joke photo on Facebook today of MP Bumblebee faceplanting while running with Wheeljack and Mirage. Reminded me of a blooper reel, and all I could think of was OptimusTimelord's gifs

Sometimes I have ideas for bloopers, but then the idea of working for an extra few hours just for a quick gag puts me off doing them!

But you made me do this!

Remember that Halloween Gif I did of Scorponok's Marvel comics Death?

Here's a bit extra from that same scene. The 'how he died' bit!
