I got a MW Prowle yesterday and I wanted to remove all his stickers, they are in rough shape. I have some goo gone and wanted to know if it was safe to use on painted surfaces?

I googled it and it appears to be safe to use from what I found. The only things I've found to not use it on is
    • Silk
    • Leather
    • Suede
    • Rubber
    • Unfinished wood
    • Unsealed stone
    • Unpainted walls (drywall)
    • Faux stainless steel

Cool. Cool, cool, cool. I have some black paint so if it does take the paint off I, hopefully, can fix that.

Thanks, but the deed was already done. I took the number stickers off of both Prowl and Mirage. The only thing that bothered me and the oily residue it left behind. It came off but was a bit more hassle than I wanted.

I've used Goo Gone quite a bit, and it's my go to for removing labels.

However, be very careful, as it can remove paint easily, too. I always have soapy water and towels as well for immediate use after I'm finished with Goo Gone. If for nothing else, Goo Gone is oily and needs cleaned off after use.
