A while back I bought a few items from @stephenotes88 on his Ebay page. Due to a small error, he forgot to combine shipping on my order, so he contacted me afterwards and offered a reimbursement or a lot of junker figures for customs. I accepted the junkers. He kept me informed on shipping and even threw in some styrene to aid in my customs. All free of cost on my part. In short he is honest, and went out of his way to fix a small mistake he had made, that I had forgot about. Integrity move!

Stephen helped me to purchase a target exclusive Thrust, for retail price, which (as someone living in one of the 'far-flung' corners of the world, forsaken by most retailers) would have been impossible for me to get outside of MASSIVE scalper surcharges on EBay. He shipped it quickly, packed it well, figure was in perfect condition within the bounds of his oversight and control (some factory scuffing on the back which nobody could see in the box). Thinking of doing a deal with Stephen? I'd say DO IT. Good guy.
Holy Moley is this guy great! Just got a Walmart Netflix Soundwave from Stephen and it couldnt have gone better! Noty only did he find me on his own and offer the figure at cost plus small shipping fee, he went out of his way to provide better customer service than most retails stores! He's a credit to the TFW2005 fan community and he gets the highest marks from me! You cant find a better guy to do business with!
