I think it would be cool. There could be some kind of animosity between the two because of JetFire switch and dissapearance. Thinking that JF was a mentor to Starscream and SS felt betrayed by Jetfire. What if Jetfire was the original leader of the Seekers?
Lots of things would be cool for the next TF movie. Do we really have to make a thread every time we think somethin would be cool?
I've been wondering this for awhile buy everyone's like: "Noooooooo, Jetfire's Alt. doesn't have any weapons, i've met every plane and transformer in the planet, I HATE YOU!" So yeah... It would be neat, but something that awesome probaby wouldn't happen.
It would be cool but having read what happens in the novel I think anyone hoping for such a scene will be disappointed. For it to work not only would Jetfire have to be a different plane in alt mode his character would have to be completely different to that of a broken down old guy otherwise it would look as ridiculous as when Yoda started bouncing around like Super Mario in the Star Wars prequels.
I bought a magazine and it says that Jetfire is old and he cant transform in a very good condition ( which can be seen in 1 of the TV spot ). So, i dont think so he will be battle with SS.
Woulda been cool if it happened, and lead to his dying wish to aide Prime. Also, why is everyone on the SR71's don't have weapons? I'm pretty sure its not beyond imaginations reach for some gun turrents to pop out, after all, it's not a real SR71.
If Jetfire has all the trouble transforming that he's supposed to have during the film, than I doubt it. It would be cool, but I doubt it.
