*shrug* The others you can kinda see when they'd take place, or are so far removed from everything it doesn't really matter, even if canon-wise they never "really" happened. The Twins is the odd one out, leaning heavily on OT iconography while seemingly retconning the hell out of the three Skywalkers.

Yeah, as far as continuity, or rather the lack of it is concerned, this is pretty much the animated equivalent of the "Star Wars Tales" series Dark Horse did a couple decades ago. A lot of those were done with "rule of cool" in mind and everyone went in knowing most of those stories weren't intended to fit into any sort of continuity (we are talking about the series where Indiana Jones finds the skeletal remains of Han Solo). Another example would be the story where some alien kids in the distant future who find a decrepit C-3PO, who tells them the story of the trilogy, which inspired them to stand up to their own evil empire (that was fun since the aliens were not human looking, so you saw their imagination placing species of their race in place of the characters we all knew).

I saw the 1st 2 yesterday. I loved the 1st one, the 2nd episode was stupid. I plan to watch the ninth Jedi is Japanese. My favorite Japanese voice actress is in it. I watched the Ninth Jedi in Japanese and I really enjoyed more that way.

Finally got to watch Star Wars: Visions. Yes, it's a mixed bag of good and bad episodes, but for the most part, it's a fresh perspective on the Star Wars lore, with more Samurai cinema elements mixed in. "The Duel" is easily the best in terms of presentation, while "Tattooine Rhapsody" is absolute garbage. Anyway, here are my overall ratings:

    1. The Duel - Chuck Norris/10
    2. Tattooine Rhapsody - 2/10
    3. The Twins - 4/10
    4. The Village Bride - 7/10
    5. The Ninth Jedi - 8/10
    6. T0-B1 - 6/10
    7. The Elder - 8/10
    8. Lop & Ocho - 8/10
    9. Akakiri - 7/10

So I finally finished this and it's a bit of a mixed bag like everyone says. Here are my overall rankings:

    The Ninth Jedi 9/10
    The Village Bride 9/10
    Lop & Ocho 9/10
    The Twins 8/10
    The Elder 8/10
    The Duel 8/10
    Akakiri 6/10
    T0-B1 5/10
    Tatooine Rapsody 3/10

Also, I would love Black Series figures of F, Lop, Ocho, Karre, and Am.

Be cool if they'd let him as I think that was one of the better stories that had the potential to lead to a full show without getting stale. The other would be Lop & Ocho.
