Just... the whole presentation absolutely killed me. Makes not-Jaina stabbing herself with a kyber crystal to unleash Grievous Mode seem tame.

Mind you, I'm loving the apparent return to Prequel-esque larger-than-life Jedi vs Sith form and overall new-ness here, goofy buzzsaw umbrella and all. A welcome change from a stagnant brand.

Reviews are out, plenty of praise of Ninth Jedi, Village Bride, and the Twins so I'm hyped. the only negative RT review I saw for Visions is from clickbaiter Grace Randolph. I think that bodes well.

episodes will be released individually here in about four hours. Watch Star Wars: Visions | Disney+

I've been seeing a lot of praise for the series as a whole, though most mention not everyone will like every episode.

I've decided to stay up to watch :)  (also because I need to keep an eye on the starting phase of this 3D print which has been NOTHING but trouble this whole week)

Seen everything except for T0-B1, that one seems to be a broken link.

I've enjoyed them all very much.

Funniest shit to me though is for The Twins everyone can just be in space breathing it in like air, but the Protocol Droid needs a bubble helmet haha.

    Watched first 3 episodes.

Episode 1 was cool but I found the black and white manga style an eyesore.

Episode 2 was all around meh.

Episode 3 was visually amazing but the plot didn't make sense to me.

I liked most of it. I think the Village Bride was my favorite... absolutely LOVED that lightsaber design. T0-B1 is at the bottom of the pile for me. I'll probably skip that one on further re-watches.

Everything felt like a pilot episode and now I want more.

    Tier list:

    Ninth Jedi/Village Bride/Elder
Twins because that shit was stylish as hell and I love it
    Duel
    Lop and Ochō
    Tatooine Rhapsody
    T0-B1
Akakiri gets last because it's... weird. and also was the last one if you were to go through the entire series so its ending stands out

if I had to sort it all out with where I would think it would all fit chronologically (and also recommended viewing order), it'd probably be something less this:

The Duel (Sith Wars despite the ravagers having First Order armor)
    Akakiri (Sith Wars)
    The Elder (Early High Republic)
The Village Bride (Early Imperial Era)
    TO-B1 (Early Imperial Era)
Lop and Ocho (mid to late Imperial Era)
    Tatooine Rhapsody (Late Imperial Era)
    The Twins (post OT)
The Ninth Jedi (post post Saga, like hundreds of years after the Skywalkers die)

I want cosplays made and a series continuing Ninth Jedi. Their approach to how lightsabers work is pretty neat.

They topped that by going full PROMARE (their next hyperstylized project after KLK) and I loved it. Amazing how their other project for this series, The Elder, was very restrained.

Watched the first three episodes so far and The Twins by Trigger stands out the most. Now I want to see them do a whole Star Wars series (along with a Transformers one)!

Pretty much a majority of people on this forum (myself included) want a Trigger-made Transformers series.

I agree with most of this except The Duel.

I feel like it takes place a bit after the ST in the unknown regions or outer rim. Where wannabe darksiders may be trying to start some shit after Sidious' end but Ronin has no time for that shit.

He's a character I'd definitely like to see more of.

I will just never get used to anime style, how everyone seems like a wide eyes little kid due to the way they draw them. Hard to tell the characters' ages.

I mean...depends on the style, tons of shows don't have that.

    Even just in Visions.

    Each their own though.
