Comics mean nothing. They sell 100,000 issues? Viewers of a show will be multiple times that. Besides, tv show can have different stories then the comics. If there is any overlap, its not like it hasn't happened before. How many times was the theft of the Death Star plans told before Rogue One?

I guess that will depend on how much longer Disney wants to keep that "everything aired and published will be hard canon (with obvious exceptions)" mandate they announced back when they rebooted everything. I think it's just a matter of time before one of their film directors wants to do something that heavily contradicts the other Disney canon, and they'll let them.

I think the the World Between Worlds is pretty tasteful as far as time travel's inclusion to the Star Wars mythos goes.

I thought it worked where it was used, but wouldn't really want it in other stories. I'd prefer thinking that temple in Lothar was one of a kind and the Force techniques behind it lost to history.

Mike and Jay were right again!
The time travel in Rebels was pointless. We already saw at the end of the Ahsoka-Vader fight episod that she survived (we saw her lightsaber light). There was no need to do a dumb thing and add time travel to Star Wars just to make something we already know to have happened... happen.
