What you should do is go to the store, be holding the item in your hand and call the store. When she says they don't have it, insist they do and if she says they don't, ask her how is that possible since you are holding it in your hand.

Well I dropped by 2 targets today and managed to find an Anakin. Another guy came up behind me and nabbed the only other one they had. Still need to track down Echo and Obi Wan.

I hit two Targets today and made a point to take the long way to toys through the men's section looking for such a thing and neither had such a display. They may have just not set it up before Sunday though.
I found 6 Echos in the same Marvel End cap today, no price tag. I grabbed two and then three other guys saw them, they called friends who may want them, and grabbed the last four. No sign of other three.
Funny you should mention that. Years ago one morning, I tried calling that Walmart to find Netflix Hot Link. After being frustrated and spending one hour on the phone trying to explain what I'm looking for, she said they don't have it. Later, I decided to just go there anyways, and sure enough, I find tons of Hot Link.
Forgot to mention that I finally completed my 40th ESB Black Series Kenner carded figures set! BBTS finally shipped Wave 3. Could only ship standard grade (still minty cards) with no Snowtrooper. Dorkside had previously shipped collector grade Wave 2 with no Rebel Trooper and Snowspeeder Luke. All are in Figureshields awaiting a display cabinet. I had to buy Snowspeeder Luke (card is ok) on eBay but I grabbed a minty Snowtrooper and Rebel Soldier from Old Republic Collectibles (first time and I recommend them). ORC was cheaper than ordering from EE. I may look at replacing Snowspeeder Luke later but for now I am happy. The only other BS figs I am kinda collecting are some Mandalorian, some Clone Wars, and the Bad Batch crew.

Sadly no. For the poncho you don't even need to boil and pop. The head just pops out with a little bit of force on both figures. Than you can just remove it. For the chest rig, you need to pop a head and at least one arm OR heat it so you can stretch the rib straps enough to pull it off like a t shirt. I did the latter method because I don't want to risk breaking the more complex, and delicate, butterfly joint. That first figure goes for a LOT now.
