Braved the public yesterday to pickup some essentials at Walgreens, and look what I ran across. I have one in my POL from BBTS already, so I think I'll open this one and give the BBTS one to my son for his July birthday.
They're not here in NC. At least not where I live/shop. Both of the Walmart's I frequent still have very little Star Wars display area and still have plenty of the last wave out.
Eh...Gamestop is waiting for Bly to be in stock before they ship mine out. It says 05/20/2020. Another month of waiting Oh well, it's alright. Eventually I'll get him.
someone is leaving out key details as usual. Wave 1 is in stores so far - Targets and Walmarts. Some folks have been getting wave 2 Lando and Hoth trooper, most notably for some reason, from Dorkside within the past week.
This is my issue with the 6 inch scale. Star Wars, for me is more than just troopers and Jedi. I love the vehicles, beasts and environments just as much as the characters. It is why I always loved 1:12 scale. Such a shame that those days are over now. Seems like LEGO is the only option for modern kids to enjoy vehicles/playsets. TMNT seems to be the only thing at this point even trying.
While I do understand that, the characters are what make it for me and I'd rather have larger versions of them. But you never know, there's a guy making a 1/6 scale Falcon cockpit, so maybe someone will do the same for 1/12 sometime.
Went looking for a cruiser bike. No dice but, got ESB Leia and Han. Luke looked like someone threw a bucket of paint at him
The Falcon cockpit for BS seems like a no-brainer for Hasbro. They did those diorama pieces but not that one.
My excursion to the wasteland was rewarded with much needed resources for survival. I found gas, sustenance and a complete set of Retro figures.
Nice! I don't really want to risk my life going to Walmart or I'd check too. And just to be clear, it has nothing to do with covid; I just feel like I risk my life every time I go to Walmart, haha.
