Next year?! Why do they keep us waiting?!

 

I'm presuming that's after Mandalorian season 1 wraps up its weekly releases so people keep paying for Disney+. It's a good strategy, drip feeding seasonal content and tailing each show with a different one.

 

Was hoping for season 7 at launch. But hey February isn't that far

 

Looks amazing. The advances in CGI since the end of TCW, which already looked phenomenal and still does, have been good for this show. Admittedly I’m a little disappointed as I figured we were getting this at the end of this year at the launch of Disney+, but it’s okay.

 

That’s already a great birthday present for me. More Clone Wars!

Well, season 7 for sure, this has been stated from the get go. But I mean, for the rest of the series, you can easily find them to watch online.

 

Not on Netflix since March of this year, that's for sure.

 

That's why I bought the Blurays. Can't trust streaming it can vanish anytime they feel like it.

 

I want a new trailer for season 7, or at least a better quality version of the one from Celebration. I don't know why the livestream of the panel is still the only way to see the trailer.

I'm a big physical media (when I can) guy too for similar reasons. Those and the internet's not the most reliable where I live, so I won't always get HD quality streaming.

 

Same here, I almost always prefer physical media. I also bought the series on blu-ray.

 

I'm looking forward to the disney+ content more so than Ep9.

 

Agreed. Between this, Mandalorian and the announced Obi-Wan series I'm really excited. Can't say the same for any of the news I've heard about "The Rise of Skywalker".

 

I wonder if Disney+ would also nix the chance of future releases of home media releases of their shows having digital codes. It always irritates me that the Blu-Ray versions of Netflix shows never have those. I can see the logic why, but I also feel like I have one less option in case Netflix goes down.

 

Not going to get a subscription to Disney +. But I am going to buy this season as soon as it's available (okay, wait a little for the price to drop) to complete the already bought previous seasons.
