It's Target - the paper towel/toilet paper in the background on the shelf is their private brand label.

 

Are we sure that’s the DPCI? I thought Target used a generic size category DPCI (i.e. one for all SS Leaders) rather than individual DPCIs in store.

DPCI for the assortment is the same Studio Series Leader class: 087-06-5842

 

Sorry, let me clarify:

Yes, that is the DPCI for Grimlock on the Target website and putting it in PopFindr will pull up Grimlock.

But the way Target has traditionally assigned DPCIs is that there’s specific ones for each figure on Target’s website, but there is a single generic DPCI for each line and size class.

For example, Huffer is 087-16-2142 and Ractonite is 087-16-2165. If you throw them in PopFindr, it’ll show 0 units everywhere. But whenever you find them in-store, their DPCI will be 087-16-5271 - the generic DPCI for all Kingdom Deluxes.

If we want to be able to find Grimlock in-store, we’ll need the DPCI that comes up when you scan Grimlock at the registers or the price checker. But since it appears that he’s being sold in solid cases of just Grimlock, I wasn’t sure if they had made an exception for him (similar to the Target exclusives and their specialized DPCIs).

Damn was wishing the translucent chest piece would’ve been lightened a bit(I like the smokeyness, but this is too dark). Also wish the visor was better. Looks great otherwise.

 

Ahhh dang it Grimlock1997 you beat me to the punch. I also found SS 86 Grimlock w/ Wheelie this morning at Target. Also found the new Ghostbusters Afterlife 1/18 Ecto-1 along with some new Star Wars Black Series figures. I was a happy camper that\'s for sure.
