Yep, they were very friendly and I also understand the stress of what they're doing now. Just took some time but in the end everyone wins. I've actually found locally that if an item isn't in the system, the store will still find a way to ring it up, as long as a street date warning doesn't appear.

I noticed F0789 and both pages have a product code of HSF0789 so maybe it is as this might have identified it

 

I knew shouldn't have replied from my mobile phone... of course F0789 is ROTF Sideswipe, so this is a misilisting with an incorrect number (29 instead of 78) and the wrong photos. Weird since usually EE doesn't make this kind of mistake.
