    I saw two Galvatrons (a movie guy with a big hole in the chest) and a movie Thundercracker together. I thought they were the wave prior to Ironhide though.

    About the only thing I actively dislike about this guy is how the skirt piece is made up by a single part, though cutting it into three pieces so the side parts can move individually should be a relatively easy mod. All I need is a thin enough knife, maybe something like an NT D-400P. I also hope the plastic and joint tolerances feel on par with that of kingdom Primal, would help to further justify the voyager price point. Well, he probably won't feel quite as dense, considering how he's made up by a lot more tiny parts by comparison, but if he feels reasonably heftier than Siege Ironhide I think I'll be happy.

    Someone in the Radicons section did the hip skirt mod and it works quite nicely.
    That's why I went from not having any desire for this figure to pre-ordering it on Amazon.

    Soundwave was repacked with Junkheap, Thundercracker is only packed with the first instances of Galvatron.

    he is supposed to be in scale as in g1 he was only a tad bigger than carbots. most of the budget (all of it) went into the engineering

    The SS86 version should've been an inch taller in bot mode to win my attention and cash.

    So SIEGE Ironhide will remain my placeholder for the foreseeable future since I invested in the 3P gap filler and leg extender set that was made for him.
