Clearly didn't read my post at all and only read the bits you wanted to read, as i did blame Paramount for how the figure looks. There is no way I'm blaming Hasbro for a film being delayed. If a toyline is delayed, they have to fill it with something else and i'd rather get an inaccurate SS line (with a couple of upscaled and similar reused skeletons from Kingdom) as apposed to nothing at all.

I doubt they would've been as innacurate as you're thinking. While we don't 100% know how these figures would've fully turned out with the original plan, however the designers would've started work on the figures close to the end of the films production. So thinking logically, they could've had access to more finalised designs, it's not really that unlikely and it's not hard to grasp.

Hence why they were going to release a year afterwards, they could've done 2024 however maybe Hasbro higher-ups and/or Paramount wanted them released still kind of close to the movie.

Even then from what we know and have seen so far, the fault is still pretty much on paramount for delaying the film. But agree to disagree

Still Movies nowadays don’t end production till right before release. There’s some movies that even fix VFX during a movie’s release. So a 6 month difference can be a pretty large one, and could have resulted in likely the same exact result. In 6 months we got a whole Cybertron scene and all those robots added after all.

Ether way, it was a bad idea to do this again, learning nothing from this very thing happening with the BB studio series figures and that delayed film.

No cause the same thing happened with the BB movie.
Prime and Bee were based on Concept art rather than the final designs, with only the SS BBM toys coming years after the film being accurate to the movies final models in mainline or otherwise. Much like the case with the current ROTB Studio Series toys have been, cause Hasbro presumably only wanted to delay 1 massive toyline instead of 2, and the development of the toys started before the delay was announced regardless.

Studio Series Volkswagen Bumblebee was out the same year as the film and Optimus was only released a couple of months after the films release, not a full year afterwards like the Rise of the Beasts figures would've been. So not an entirely fair comparison. Also Jet Shatter, car Dropkick and Off-road Bumblebee came out a full year after the film and were pretty accurate.

Given the obvious fact that inaccuracies keep happening, and the fact that the cg models in the movie can continue to be tweaked up until release just about (making any figures released concurrently with a movie potentially inaccurate), I'd say that the primary goal of Studio Series isn't actually to release completely faithful designs and that's merely something that the fandom has imposed on the line. The true purpose of the line is to release figures that are more accurate than previous figures (in those cases where previous figures exist) or the best ones possible with the assets that are currently available (in the case of concurrent movie/toy releases). None of them are "mistakes" that need to be absolved or learned from, unless of course you can provide a quote from Hasbro or a member of the design team stating that the intent of Studio Series is to recreate 1:1 character models in toy form.

I think the closest comment we’ve gotten on the matter was from Sam Smith from the third 2021 Roundtable. He touches on the original philosophy of Studio Series evolving to include releases based on concept art:

Which naturally begs the question, is that evolution of the “rules” for the line a good thing?

Good thing or not, it means that the purpose of Studio Series at present, as stated by the design manager for the franchise, is not to reproduce 1:1 accuracy with the line, so the idea that it needs to be as faithful as possible is a misrepresentation of the line itself.

The Rise of the Beast Toyline will have deluxes and voyagers that are not part of the Studio Series line. These are called Core/Mainline figures(not to be confused with the Core size class). You can think of these similar to the Cyberverse and Earthspark deluxes.

That Cheetor is a deluxe in the ROTB Core/Mainline deluxes. So it’s ROTB, but not Studio Series, and not accurate to the movie either in robot mode.

I recently got my hands on one, they should be in stores globally by March 1st. They will consist of several ROTB movie characters, but again, are seperate from those characters Studio Series releases. So far we have seen Deluxe Cheetor, Wheeljack, Nightbird, and Airazor, but there will also be a Mirage and Bumblebee as well.

The line will consist of three voyagers, Optimus, Optimus Primal, and Rhinox, but I’d expect them to be accurate to the film, similarly to Cheetor and Airazor.
