The sad thing is, he was actually a legit reviewer before Kingdom. I unsubbed the second he got Scorponok.

Is it me or does the playing with the figure on-screen just seem creepy now?

The good news is that they have tried in many ways from the point of view of the canon. Including the Decepticon insignias.

Man, that Ravage looks great. Of course, it's not really trying in alternate mode, so it has an advantage. If Soundwave came with Ravage packed in, I might actually buy him. As is, I'd only get Soundwave if, through some miracle, I could get him for half price, since he's half a Transformer, not having a real alt. Mode and all. I can't even give him extra points for a really good robot mode since something about the BBM Soundwave design just looks weird to me. I think it's how skinny his limbs are and how far apart his legs are from each other.

I love that the post title has Ravage headlining. It's like, Yeah! RAVAGE! (and Soundwave I guess).

I think soundwave is supposed to be a hover tank. (Although it would help if you could mouth his arm cannon to the top of it to make it look more like a actually tank. ( The alt mode is good. The robot mode is stellar.)

Wait. It uses a faux chest? Ah hahahaha! It's like, no, the chest doesn't have accurate proportions for the cockpit on a Deceptidyne XR-700 Space Brick Type-R. We'll have to hide an accurate cockpit on the back of the toy and use that instead.

I like how core Ravage transforms into a ball of garbage! :lol

(Hasbro engineer [on phone]: "What? Oh, he's a movie figure... yeah... that's tape mode! What's that? Looks like a garbage pile? Well, it's a movie figure! Yeah... the fans don't care... yeah, we tell them to squint hard!")

Wait so the head just hangs out there in alt mode with no cover?  Doesn\'t even flip into that empy chest cavity that\'s just begging to hide a head?

Yeah it would look better like that. Also I wonder what 3p upgrade parts will be made mainly for the alt mode (maybe make it more like a hover tank).
It hides but like @Dinobot Snarl said he never bothered to finish transforming it (and it seems like from looking at comments he didn't realize it - for some reason)

I'm not a fan of that design for Ravage, only because it looks more wolf to me then cat. That aside, as a figure, it actually seems pretty decent. I'd critique the alt-mode, but lets face it, these days all Ravage has to transform into is a thing that fits into a Soundwave's chest.

A shame Soundwave seems to have a case of defunct light piping.

They both look incredible and Ravage has more articulation than I expected. It's too bad he didn't bother to transform Soundwave all the way...

Still, it gives us a better look at both figures. I can't wait for them to come out!

The reason for the faux chest is to raise the now windscreen to have an angle

Not sure what this equals to in American $$$, but here a voyager is $40, cores are $15, and leaders are $70. I dunno about you, but I'd rather not pay an extra $15 for a bigger box and maybe one or two more accessories.

Man I remember back when one could get Unicron or MP-01 for $50 and sturdy materials.

Stupid inflation and rising material costs.
