As promised are here my versions of the 2 combiners that normally could easily be confused because they'd look alike: Comperian and Cybertron Super Scramble (aka Autobot Super Scramble). A forum member named Grindcore138 had already posted pictures of these figures in 2018. And I'll explain why mine look different: 1) Comperian: Although he is official and has his own bio on Wiki, I could find only 1 'official' image that could be used as an example. And that's how he is created by most people, myself included. 2) Cybertron Super Scramble: he would have looked the same like most people have created him (like Comperian with Nosecone instead of Lightspeed and limbs in other positions), if it wasn't for this G1 cartoon looking artwork picture in his Wiki bio. I immediately liked this image and I wanted my combiner to look like this (Combiner Wars style of course). And that's why I have created the blue Skydive and orange Nosecone.
Have you put the clean image into the Wiki bio? Thanks for that else I think I wouldn't have created this combiner the way it is now.
Nah, I didn't add the image - don't have one. Still, that's a really unexpected place to see a kitbash go!
Very shortly after I posted this thread, Takara released a comic that contains artwork of Comperian. And if you know me a little by now, you'd understand that mine had to look like that. So I disassembled my Comperian, bought another Hasbro Scattershot (Betatron version) and started the conversion. This weekend I finally finished him: For this custom, as well as for Autobot Super Scramble, I think the Perfect Effect head sculp is the better one and that's why I also keep one Computron with this head sculp. Here they are all three of them together: What to do with the initial Scattershot from the Hasbro Giftset? I gave him back his original head sculp, assembled him with my first customized limbs and named him 'Compurion'. (I have already posted this in my thread 'A kind of Computron'.)
You're crazy for this one, lol. Seriously though - I applaud your commitment to getting every single variation of Scattershot And Friends.
