I looked in every forum I could think of and could not find a thread for him, which is weird because he is probably one of the top 5 most talented Radicons here lol, so here it is, a feedback thread for Spoonman. I bought one of his custom Rotorstorm heads, very nicely rendered and came pretty quick too. A real pleasure to do business with him!

I am reviving this very old feedback thread for a forum member that I really can't say enough good things about. I reached out to @spoonman months ago and found that he was inactive, which was a real disappointment!
Fortunately for me, he hopped back on to the scene and reached out to me to connect. This lead to us collaborating on a new edition of his POTP Paddles custom that he'd done for another member.
Generously, he took on a project to do a Paddles 2.0 for me, which turned out just amazing.
@spoonman is a great guy to deal with. Straightforward, genuine and honest. I can't imagine a better person to deal with. I was just impressed and delighted with my whole transaction with him.

I had the complete opposite experience with the guy… he was recommended to me by a trustworthy friend, so I sent him $300 worth of figures (two Legend Chromias and two Binaltech Arcees) to get customized. After some time, he reached out saying the two Chromias had broken and asked if the Hasbro ones would be an acceptable replacement… I said sure, because I only got the Legends version so they could be displayed in a box rather than a blister card. Haven’t heard from him since and this was back in March of 2020. Reached out to him a few times, and he’s never even bothered to read the messages. Pretty terrible person to do that to somebody, so steer clear.

 

This was around the time he went silent both here and on Facebook. Not sure what happened, but I'm hoping for the best.

I'm disappointed to hear about your experience, but it does make me worry more about the guy, especially because every interacting I've had with him prior to his disappearance was excellent.
