UNICRON. Holy cow that's a badass design. I thought Megatron and Skyquake were the best designs in the show until the chaos-bringer showed his horns. Hopefully it's made as a voyager so we can troop-build those Unicron constructs.

And from a character standpoint this is my favorite incarnation of Unicron yet. Relatable, smaller versions of himself, something a god should have been able to do in fiction long ago.

Anyway, what would we be seing for alt mode here? Boulder, I s'pose?

I like the idea of a Voyager Unicron, I hope it does happen.

 

Yes... yes he would. Even in the show (prime), the unicron clones didn't transform into or from anything. They literally just busted out of the walls and dirt.

I'm "weird" though, because I'm someone who can sacrifice a transformation if the posability and stuff is epic (like revoltech transformers).

Robot replica?   I really hope that if Unicron toy gets released, it doesnt have an alt.mode, he doesnt need one.

I'm usually one that prefers my Transformers well, transform, but his 'minions?' don't seem to be able to turn into anything other than well, emerge from a pile of rubble.

Still it would be cool to have some incarnation of TFP Unicron. Who knows...

While it seems as they'll be taking Unicron offline, chances are he *will* be a persistent threat. They are fighting on *his* planetary form afterall!

 

They turn into rocks that, if you hsve enough, can interconnect to form a mountain side  .

 

Or he can transform into earth's core if you get enough of them.

 

If you buy enough, they transform into a tomb of money.

Good idea, although I can see Hasbro putting pieces of Unicron with toys I had no desire to ever buy. And I can see retailers utterly failing in the distribution for parts of Unicron and screwing everything up.

 

I hope he has actual hands and not claw arms....I bet Hasbro will make claw arms.

Somehow the torso\head will be packaged with the one character who comes one to a case.
And somehow Tuner Mudflap will make his way into the case assortment.

I think he'll probably just transform into a giant stone or a giant spiky ball.

But yeah, best interpretation of Unicron yet. There's actually a reason for him being related to a planet instead of just being there. I think the build a figure thing would be a very nice way to do it.
