So I've just asked Lejamonster -- who has seen the movie -- a few questions on Dino and he responded with:

I believe him, but not 100% until I've seen the movie myself. Still, reading that message just made me pop a testicle  

I know we're all disappointed with their decision to use Dino over Mirage. But does a name really matter when he's kicking Decepticon ass?

On Sam and Starscream:
"About Starscream situation, the scene is in full 3D render when Sam (in 3D too) is swinging on a cable attached to him, crazy !"
On Autobot introductions:

Human Alliance Soundwave will include Lazerbeak and Carly.

 

If I remember correctly, Laserbeak will function as Soundwave's partner, similar to Frenzy and Barricade.

Also, that's potentially spoilery, so I'd use tags.
