Welp, there goes my only reason for seeing this movie in theaters. Saves me money on both tickets and toys.

 

In concept, this is all great (apart from the bits that are just copying the last movie's story). Unfortunately, there is no way they can stuff this all into one movie, and use all of these concepts to their full potential. Plus, they've let the freaking military rewrite part of the movie.

 

Did they say anything about the Red Car?

 

Tessa's absence will be explained.......cough*preggo*cough

 

And what about Barricade, also how did Megatron go back from being Galvatron to Megatron, and what happened to the Knight's ship?

 

I have to say that this info has rubbed out a lot of my interest.

Y'know, they giving us some info, but you're still better off watching the actual movie!  

 

I like it. I love rogue protagonists. I don't care how many times they do it. I prefer it over Autobots with human military backing them. Tired of the good guy always having the upper hand. It makes things less interesting and so generic.

 

I hate to agree.......but seriously I can't help but to. Some things sound kinda stupid.

Want to know Red Car's name and if it's an Autobot.

 

When I read that in the article I got pretty upset. Like wtf. US gov't can't have the military look bad, ever. Fucking hate the US gov't.

 

I was more annoyed about the fact that an Autobot's gonna die.  

 

Tbh they should of kept that info quiet as its a quite a bad spoiler...

-Opening scene will explain TF mythology.
-Megatron & Optimus backstory and Quintessions will be explored.
-Optimus will question his leadership and there will be a new prime.
-Cade is on the run and is hiding the Autobots from TRF in the junkyard in South Dakota.
- Isabela lost her family in Chicago and is with Sqweeks since then.
-Sqweeks is broken, can't transform.
-Tessa is in hiding and will be explained in the film.
-TRF is led by Santos (Santiago Cabrera).
-Laura Haddock plays Vivian and her family is tied with the macguffin of the movie.
-Hot Rod has a French accent and he has two vehicle modes; lambo and citroen ds (Vivian's car)
-Anthony Hopkins plays Sir Edmound Burton.
-There'll be a new villain, a different form of a decepticon.
-There will be a submarine TF.
-Grimlock will be in the beginning of the movie, he'll have a larger role but not much.
-There will be hints to other spinoff movies.

Don't like/care for:

-There won't be any female transformers in the film. (really want to see a female TF in these films - arcee twins were barely in ROTF)
-Mini t-rexes who just started to breathe fire.
-Decepticon bike and VW van are called 'Mohawk' and 'Hooligan'.

Not sure, could be good or bad:

-Cogman is a headmaster.
-Sqweeks can only say 'chihuahua' (could be possibly stupid, depends on how it is executed)
-Too many plots seem to be happening which is kind of confusing, especially with all the knight, Nazi, creators, etc. But I have hope because they really seem keen about everything they're doing writing-wise

 

Lol, not me. An Autobot accidentally being killed by the military makes things more interesting IMO. Fuck the US gov't. The US is a shitshow today anyway, not having the US military look like angels in films won't change the way the US truly is. Annoys the hell outta me. Off topic though, lol.
