Optimus’ alt-mode at the end made me giddy. I really enjoyed the movie and especially the designs of the Transformers themselves. I cannot wait to see what comes next. I’d give it a solid 7.5 on the IMDb scale.

Were blitwing and dropkick's deaths shown in the trailer ie, dropkick getting torn up in helicopter mode and blitwing getting killed by his own missile.

This is the Transformers movie I've been waiting for since the 1986 one. Seeing the Cybertron battles, the cybertronian seeker jet designs, and Cliffjumper sealed the deal. I really really really hope Hasbro uses this as a jumping off reboot. It was nice to see a movie where no more than 5 minutes went by without a Transformer on screen.

 

Then, how did shatter die, and is the ending of the movie a sad or happy one

For years I've dreamed of having a Transformers movie that was actually good. Just good. It'd at least be miles ahead of the other films.

Bumblebee isn't just good, it's *fantastic*

Having a smaller cast of bots was a great decision. Bee might just be the most loveable a Transformers has ever been. And Shatter and Dropkick, while fairly one-dimensional, have actual personalities and are fun to watch. Decepticons who aren't just screaming hunks of twisted grey metal- who could've believed it?

The movie has a lot of heart. I love it for that

 

About to see it now. Is Travis a good director to make a reboot after seeing this?

I thought it was pretty good, loved seeing Prime in action.

Bumblebee move is the reboot movie so Travis Knight has already directed the reboot

 

This movie was AMAZING, A MILLION TIMES BETTER THAN THE 07 & 86 FILM COMBINED!!!!!!

One of the best part out of all of it was RATCHET SPEAKING THE FIRST LINE!!!!!

I also love how cliffjumper got WRECKED by Shatter and Dropkick. It's been a long time since a Decepticon ever killed an autobot, Barricade killing que was 7 years ago.

 

Anyways, I couldn't get the topper figures like I wanted. I will have to see this movie again or buy them online.

Also we had literal G1 toys and tiny turbos in our cupholders for our screening for us to take home
