Oh, did Shatter ever deployed her battle mask? And what would we call this series? Definitely not movieverse cause it’s too ambiguous

 

From what I’m hearing, this movie is the best of both worlds. The movie includes elements from both G1 and Bayverse, so I’m sure G1 fans and fans of the previous movies will enjoy this movie. It’s pretty much like a fan service.

 

After watching Travis Knight's interpretation of the Transformers, I get the feeling that Bay was never really well versed with the TF lore nor did he care too much about maintaining key character traits or continuity. Still I must credit Bay with giving the franchise a much needed refresh.

 

You’re right. This movie wouldn’t exist without Bay. For more than one reason, since he produced this.

Bumblebee had Desperate brawls you'd expect from an under dog

Lol I thought the same, brawn shot in the shoulder, cliffjumper cut in half, even the deaths are references!!!

Also pretty sure the purple seeker that’s killed is meant to be hot link.

 

It kinda reminds me of MIB, with the truck scene

Did anyone notice if Optimus’ bot mode was any different in the ending scene than in the cybertron scenes? It looked the same to me, didn’t stand out as lookin more truck like.

 

Can you believe they had the Touch in this movie?

 

I was hoping it would be the song for the credits but it was really funny given the context!

The Decepticons are far more brutal in this film than any other. Dropkick has straight up has no remorse for humans and causally kills them. He even kills a human that aided him. When the Cons were attacking Bumblebee mid-film when he had lost his memory, I remember Dropkick says, "why isn't he fighting back", implying Dropkick knew he had lost his memory, still they tortured him until they got the information they need. Also, Blitzwing straight up rips out Bee's throat.

 

Yeah the cons are straight up Savage. Speaking of Cliff does anyone remember what he was saying before he died? I can't remember it for the life of me
