So I bought some parts for doing my own customization on some transformers as a side project, but with all of these companies coming out with transformers that are eons better than G1 transformers there is no need to continue. So I have a few leftover parts from cybertron metroplex and energon omega that are lying around. They are the arms and legs that have the pivoting joints which were the most useful parts for me. Now they must go because they are taking up room and so I am debating on trashing them or selling them. I have absolutely no clue if someone would even need spare parts for projects. Not even sure if they are useful for anything. It seems like these companies have pushed aside customizers who of course cannot touch some of the toys coming out. Just looking for answers. I wish I could recycle them, but toy plastic of course is not recyclable. Shameful

Try posting in the junk pit. Someone might need the parts for a custom.

I actually have several bins full of parts. There have been times where I'm working on something, look at the bin and find the solution to a problem without trying.
It started with picking up junkers at yard sales, but I've also had friends give me boxes of stuff, got more stuff in trades and even in junker lots online.

If the stuff is in the way and you don't want to go through the hassle of sending it out, tossing makes sense. Still, I know that I (and many other customizers, I'm sure), always like getting more fodder for projects.
