Well, Soundwave really doesn't fit a video camera, but i can't think of a good name. But I digress... The transformation is figured out; now I just have to add detail (some to the camera, but mainly to the bot) and model the battery, DV tape, and a gap-filler on the camera's body. And tweak the color-scheme. Comments, crits are encouraged. And since I don't want to create a new thread, here's a picture of the Shockwave model I recently completed: 1280 by 960 of above available here.
Some updates: Soundwave himself is all but done. Now I have to get onto the battery and casette(s). New images: More C&C please...and I'm glad y'all liked the Shockwave pic, since it took so darn long to render at 1280x640. Oh, and Thunder Cracker, I use Lightwave 8.5.
man i love the floor hes standing on......i know its sad but that would make some killer carpet its sad but i would love to have that in my house somewhere
I like it when people take classic characters and totally give em a new form. The idea of a video camera is cool and I can't wait to see the rest of the crew!
thanx Scott for the info, i have it now. all i need is some pointers and stuff, do u advise me to poast a thread asking for some pointers? and BTW ur work is fab
Good gravy, how the heck did I miss that? Thanks for pointing that out...sinner. OK, another update, this time with Rumble...you know, the RED casette (or battery, in this case)...
before i saw frenzy and laserbeak, i was gonna say call him reflector (the camera from G1). however, i must agree with others in saying that is a really good reimaging of soundwave!
