With Soundwave returning in TF3 do you think we will get to see any of his minions like Rumble, Laserbeak, Buzzsaw, Ratbat, Slugfest, or Overkill? Really I just want to see Soundwave kick some ass on Earth but if he brings laserbeak and rumble with him that would be perfect.
At the very least, I expect Laserbeak to show up. Aside from Ravage and Rumble, he was the most used Cassetticon. I'm honestly kind of surprised they didn't work him into ROTF somehow...
Has it been comfirmed Soundwave is returning? Barricade never returned & he had a bigger role than SW.
It's not yet confirmed that Soundwave will return, but there's probably a chance that he will be back. I mean, it would be a waste if he didn't return, considering that it was he who discovered the location of the All-Spark shard at the NEST island base and sent Ravage to retrieve it to revive Megatron. I would sure love to see Laserbeak.
I think Barricade's disappearance was solely the result of poor editing, and I doubt that Soundwave will meet the same fate. Bay and co. are well aware that Soundwave is a fan-favorite and iconic character, and I can't see them dropping him from TF3 for no reason.
Dont forget theres the ongoing comic series that features Soundwave right now and the sercet rogue human group taking the wrecked Decepticons and using them to their advantage too.
As others have already said, Laserbeak would be my first choice after Ravage. Otherwise I don't really have a preference.
I'm hoping that Rumble will make an appearance in any color besides red or blue. The nerd rage would be delicious.
