    This is my Custom Character using the Titans Returns Hardhead figure. Any and all suggestions are welcome.

    I love this concept. I really like his alt-mode, as it has a very tomy-zoid-ish kinda vibe to it (not that it's animalistic, but the feel of it evokes that thought to me).
    May I ask, what head is that?

    Nice Idea, but the paint work leaves a lot to be desired. Do you have plans to polish this figure/clean up the paint apps?

    All end results of painting the figure i do not plan to change at the moment but suggestions are welcome, and the head is the Stalker/MW Soundwave Face By The Octairate Forge on ShapeWays

    The idea is a neat one, and I like the alt-mode. Pretty good work overall mate, the idea of MW Soundwave / Soundblaster using TR Hardhead as a base is a good one.

    The paintwork looks a bit sloppy in spots where the red bled over a bit. I'd suggest a smaller detail brush to add a bit more black to the face and chest to sharpen the lines up a bit. The chest could use a little more black toward the shoulders where the coverage looks a little thin. You might also want to use an exacto knife to lightly scrape away some of the black and red paint that bled over on the center of the chest and the thigh.

    I'd also suggest removing the Autobot emblems and replacing them with some Decepticon ones. I kept thinking this was a pre-dino Grimlock custom with the Autobot emblems on the shoulders.

    Did you topcoat him when you finished? If you didn't, Pledge Multisurface Floorcare is a really nice (and cheap) option you can brush on. It's a clear acrylic floor wax, most stores should carry it (I've seen it in Target, Home Depot, and Walmart).
