Hi all, sorry I am behind on my IDW events but can anyone tell me where the heck was Omega Supreme during Dark Cybertron? Has IDW showed the Protector bots, besides First-Aid, yet? thank you
Omega Supreme got all blowed up when someone planted a bomb on him. All the Protectobots are currently onboard the Lost Light.
Omega Supreme has been out of commission since RiD#11 after sustaining grievous injuries as the result of a bombing attack. As for the Protectobots: Blades was on the Lost Light, he joined the crew before the initial departure from Cybertron. When Overlord broke free from his slow cell and attacked the crew, you could see Blades in the background of the massive two-page splash brawl in MTMTE issue #15. Hot Spot and Streetwise remained behind on Cybertron and could be seen in several issues of RiD. However, following the conclusion of Dark Cybertron, the casts of both books have been shaken up a little and as of MTMTE #28, all of the Protectobots, the long-absent Groove included, are all now crew members of the Lost Light. It should be noted, that with the past few issues of MTMTE, this is the first time, in this continuity, (that we know of, so far) that all five of these characters have been in the same place at the same time. We don't know if Hot Spot, Groove, Streetwise, First Aid and Blades together are an official Unit called the Protectobots.
