http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/50057107/ well lets see here, i'v been having a bit of a poopy time lately with being ill and my computer being a pain and i really needed to just relax and get my ass back into colouring and since id found this a lil while ago i just had to have a go at colouring it. although in the adaption the colouring was more of an animated/cell shaded style i thought id have a go at it my way, and since im practicing my textures i thought this would be a grand opputuinity, so here we go my rendition of this page. lines by Don Fig colours by
It's nice. I think the main panel needs a different background though or change the color of the 'bed' for Prime. They blend in together too easily.
Oh, come on... it looks sweet. Better than what I'd be able to do. I suck when it comes to drawing Transformers.
^^I'm having a hard time of it myself! If I may ask, do you know what size it was inked at? The one thing I'm finding it's hard to do is just to keep things in perspective, and not oversimpifying the robots (without overcomplicating them). This has given me some incentive to go back and make my drawing even better!
I agree with Drew, specially due to the shadowing of the bed and the background they seem to similar. The other bots look great though! they fcking kick ass specially the Magnus, he just looks so kool
lol i actually grabbed the colours directly from a print screen of the movie (is my little trick for colour accuracy)
