You know from reading Rage of the Dinobots so far

with Shockwave and Ser-Ket capturing Autobots and making them into Predacons like what they may do to Ultra Magnus and Swoop so far

and with Season 3 will have the good and bad guys switching sides I can't help but wonder if

some of the main Autobot cast will get captured and re-programed into Predacons like Ratchet into Laserback and Arcee into Ripclaw and the rest of the Autobots getting upgrades and trying to catch them so they can turn them back.

This may refer to some Autobot who's not a part of the main cast too but it's something to think about what may happen in Season 3.

What do you guys think?

 

I'm with Yaujta on this but I would still love if this happened at least once as far as the premise.

 

This would be cool. But I'm with Yaujta too.

 

I suspect they might dig Optimus out of the rubble, or at least get Wheeljack since Bulkhead seems to be the writers' favorite for drama and lulz on the show.

 

I hope that won't happen. I'd rather have some new dudes.

 

I think we havent seen the two traitors for each side. I feel like we might get a Transformers Armada switch like how Scavenger and Sideways did, act like the enemy until for finally needed by your true allies.

 

I had a idea like that before the new Prime figure showed up. I had hoped there would of been a time gap and Megatron recovered Prime's body and had Shockwave turn him into Predaking, which would of allowed Ultra Magnus to step in as leader of Team Prime.

But looks like that idea isn't happening.

 

I want to look at them more as spies then traitors because I believe that each side planted a mold in each other sqauds. I believe we will have Transformers Armada Scavenger/Sideways switch with a twist of Beast wars Rattrap acting as a predacon under Optimus primal orders who ever the Autobot is and the same the Decpticon.

He heard much of what Shockwave said in his strange voice, and he knew before he emerged what his plan would be. Now, freed from the chamber, he is no longer interested in what the Decepticon scientist who cloned him has to say. Lazerback refuses to serve under anyone, not an overlord like Megatron or a conqueror like Predaking. Instead, he is determined to see chaos reign. Tales of the Beast Hunters - Chapter 4

Wheeljack is willing to admit that he didn't think much of the idea that some kind of ancient Cybertronian arsenal was hidden in this solar system's asteroid belt. But now that the pitted, timeworn hulk of what is obviously a very old starship fills his view screen, he's got to say he's impressed. What's more, his sensors detect vast reserves of power in the old ship's hold. When he and Bumblebee go aboard, neither of them is surprised when they find dozens of crates filled with strange weapons. Unfortunately, they are surprised when they turn to begin loading their ship, only to find Megatron and Predaking blocking their way.

 

RC in season 1 did mention "con experiments".

Perhaps Shocks will "experiment" with Dreadwing, Insecticon, Bulkhead/Cylus, or Airachnid.

About switching sides I think that's temporarily just to see if the "grass is greener on the other side" or the TF had enough of poor or lack of leadership.

Lastly, about bringing new characters into TFP I would like to see that, but I'm not hopeful other than Predaking. (TFP is downright stingy about bringing in new characters.)

 

I agree with you I believe the switch is temporarily. I think the switch isnt to see if the grass is greener on the other side, but tohave spy or a secret agent to gain intel on each other .

They promised more characters to appear in season 3.

I too would profusely enjoy the links of verification, good friend Moreprimeland, because I am also under the interest in the mind for these storylines you do relay to us your friends.

 

 

I'd like to imagine that they'll make these 16 episodes the most awesome thing ever, but I'm not holding my breath.

As I said (jokingly) in another thread, "you can only cram in so many clip shows, relic hunts, pointless deaths and unresolved character arcs in 16 episodes".  

 

I swear this time I think Hasbro is being more strict with the writers and doing what will be good for once.
