I had a friend at ToysRUs who said she would help me put a Human Alliance Jazz on hold for me when it came. It came yesterday and I've been told it came, A silver car in a gold like box saying Human Alliance Jazz! I came to ToysRUs today, I told them I had a hold Human Alliance figure, but the only thing that was there was a Human Alliance Bumblebee!   

They told me that they had a Human Alliance Jazz for me since yesterday. So someone else switched the two figures and took my Jazz and put a stupid Bumblebee in it's place!   

It's not fair, That was stealing! That's not how collectors are suppose to get stuff!   

 

That's not stealing, you didn't pay for it. He did.

Um No, Where I come from all the new figures sell out and all the old one stay. Even When I was shopping for Barricade that ToysRUs only got one shipment of Human Alliance Barricades only and only one shipment of Human Alliance Mudflaps. The remaining shipments they only get Human Alliance Bumblebees and Skids only.

 

does TRU keep items on hold overnight?...

The large font isn't really helping your case, it's just making you sound like a 4-yr. old. Just sayin'.

Have you looked at other places besides TRU? Target and Wal-Mart have just started to fill up with new stuff, so your chances are probably better there anyways.

 

Dude, nobody stole anything from you. Of course we're not supportive, because you're being whiny over nothing.

 

There are far more worries in life than missing out on a toy.

Take a deep breath, step back, and realize that this isn't the end of the world. You'll be able to find one yourself eventually.

Listen buddy, I've been in your position where I felt the community wasn't being very nice about my gripe. Trust me, gripes look really different when you aren't the victim. You post a gripe like this about a figure that's approaching saturation and you're just asking to be told to "suck it up".

On the other hand, had you mentioned earlier that you lived in Canada then I'm sure people could have been sympathetic about THAT

That really sucks. Sorry to hear it. If it was a situation where you just couldn't find it I'd say "chill out, it'll be everywhere soon" but to be under the impression it was waiting for you makes it worse, since I'm sure your hopes were high.

If possible for you, check Target. From what I've seen HA Jazz has been found there much more frequently than at any other store. It IS the first figure in the HftD HA run, so you should be able to find one eventually. Don't get too down.

 

Please, if you we're ranting that someone stole you're girlfriend or something that'd be.. Wait, it's life, suck it up.
