Hang on Ratchet is going to be in this colour sceme for the Movie ?
Lots of exciting info here.
My initial thought is that the Mercedes, the blue-ish/purple Mercedes is actually a stand in for Jolt since it is not on set yet. My guess is that they are practicing that chase scene until they get the Volt in there. Or, it's a Government People Mover. Since the Autobots may not want human passengers otherwise they will get chucked (a la Prime in the Forest of ROTF), or crushed.
But, I believe the former to be the case.
Although, Ironhide is on set, but he is not in this chase scene. Interesting.
I would like to suggest that the Ferrari 458 Italia is Hotrod but it is missing the flame symbol on its front. So if it is hotrod it is going to make allot of people just that bit annoyed.

Includes TF3 banner/poster and more of those crater pictures.
^Explain so?! Hotrod is a fan fave, d0od!
Edit-- Regardless of a flame-pattern chest...
Woohoo Armored NASCARS! Thats means rednecks will now approve of transformers!
I'm hoping they just expect viewers to forget about Jolt - I know I have already. It might make sense to use a stand-in as the Volt is basically vaporware, but that'd be one expensive stand-in. If you're planning on replacing the car with CGI, you may as well go cheap.
There's a lot of junk in that trunk!
Love the movie updates
i like Ratchet's new paint job, very cool, when Hasbro make the new voyager toy i hope they make a new mold because there's just to many other painted versions of the first movie mold and one more in these new colours are not going to sell the figure. so come on Hasbro, make a new mold.
This is getting me a lot more excited than I was for ROTF, kind of like when we heard the first movie was being filmed. Just seeing all those cars! I know everone had a bit of a fangasm when they heard about the Constructicons but I when you think about it, something as big and bulky and slow as a construction vehicle was never really going to be able to do much other than turn up and get its arse kicked.
These suped-up cars (IF they are Decepticons) look like a hell of a trio of mothers (unlike the Arcees who really didn't acheive much in the end after all the fuss their designs and the debate over are they one or three characters caused) and could create a load of chaos AND make a get away so they can come back to cause more without having their sparks extinguished within two minutes (hello Sideways!).
One that uses the torso design from the deluxe but a more streamlined version of the legs from the original voyger would be a good idea. Though a repaint of the deluxe with the new desin would look nice as well .An upscaled version of the deluxe Ironhide would be cool too.
Dunno if this is newsworthy or not, but I found each of the real cars that parallel the tricked out "Stunticons" in this video, pretty much proving that these are mid-transformation ALA the Stealth Force figures.
note: It appears that Polaroid (pictured) was replaced by Gilette (in the video) as a sponsor.
No, he isn't. He looks like this:
If Hasbro gets the rights to use the nascar's as toys, they would make excellent Stealth Force cars. That might be enough to make me pick one up.
Quarterpanel sponsors change all the time, they probably didn't do it for the movie.
Anyhow, what if these are drones, ala the new Power Core Combiner toys? No bot mode, just heavily armed before joining with a bigger bot/torso.
Sweet Primus! That Trailer really looks sweet!
Those are their 2009 paint schemes. The ones featured in Transformers 3 will be based on their 2010 paint schemes which are different.

Wonder if they'll be given their cars back after filming.
