Way to early to know for sure. There are some leaks and rumors out now that give me the feeling I might end up disappointed again, but it's still something hard to know until you've actually seen it.

Sort of like I really thought Indiana Jones 4 was going to be great even given the rumors I had heard, but oh my goodness was I ever wrong about the movie after I had seen it.

 

Haven't seen it yet.

I'd have to say that I feel the same way about this movie as I do about Transformers 3, which comes out in 2012. Meaning: "I have no effing idea, because it hasn't been released yet".  

 

I don't like the comedy in the movie such as the silly stuff from Wheelie. The robot Wheelie also looks too weird.

Megatron would be a better fighter if he were a flying tank.
Scalpel or the Doctor is also too weird looking.
It would be simpler to just allow Pretenders to scan human shapes.

Too important a role or roles given to Sam and the military. I prefer less use of humans in the war between Autobots and Decepticons.

The movies also need to rely less on the AllSpark magic or Matrix magic for the Autobots to win. It is always Sam holding the magical items and shoving magical items into robots for the win.

 

He would also be ridiculous...  

 

It is going to be awesome on IMAX.

TF2 continues to have meteor forms flying thru space which makes this species a bit too powerful. What is stranger, it that the Transformers species loses their flying and super speed powers when they scan a car.
The idea of the protoforms falling from the sky is mainly from beast wars wherein the protoforms were being released from a space ship which makes more sense. Transformers never used to fly in space like Green Lanterns or Superman until the movie.
TF2's multiple falling comets scenes obviously were inspired by the meteor showers of the Smallville pilot episode.

I also hope we see the real giant Insecticons in TF3 instead of the bugging device of Spider-Man.

The powerful Devastator should've been able to kill lots of Autobots and was too easily defeated.

The movie also made the Fallen too weak so he could easily be defeated by Optimus. I am sure in the long experience of the Fallen, he had killed many flying foes before so a flying Optimus should not be much of a challenge.

In TF3, I hope we see a more bloody battle between the army of Megatron and the Autobots and no more use of magic objects like the AllSpark or the Matrix to cheat in battle.

 

I think it will be the best movie ever!

 

Because there are those who have declared it FAIL sight unseen... and just as many fanatics who have declared it the best thing EVER.
