    11/5/12 - Ordered MP-10 for $119.99.

    11/17/12 - Received MP-10.

11/18/12 - Realized he was missing paint on his legs, requested replacement.

11/24/12 - Sent my original one back before receiving the replacement, despite my better judgement.

11/27/12 - Hadn't received a shipping notice for my new one, called TRU and was told 3-5 days.

11/30/12 - Called again, told 3-5 days again.

12/4/12 - Noticed MP-10 was available online again, so I went ahead and ordered another just to be sure.

12/5/12 - Got the notification that the item had been found and would be shipping soon.

12/7/12 - Just received an email saying the order was canceled because it's not in stock. Now the online price is $129.99.

FU TRU. I knew I should have held on to the one I had until I had the replacement in hand.

This is why I'd never return anything for something as minor as missing paint. It's something ANYONE can learn to do with a 2 dollar brush and a jar of good paint. Return a toy, and you could potentially run into problems such as this.

Sucks nevertheless. I hope stuff gets sorted out for you.

They already refunded it. That's what prompted me to order him again.

One of the shins wasn't painted.

Minor, i know, but it wasn't right and it should have been.

I didn't pay $130 for a "Masterpiece" figure to take a sharpie to it.

I'm not worried about getting another one, just illustrating TRUs failure, again.

Yeah, a "Masterpiece" figure of that price point shouldn't be missing paint in such a large obvious place. It should have never even passed QC. Shame TRU screwed you over.

Yea, I wouldn't have painted my own either. I am not a customizer, painter, or artist (and to be honest, don't like much custom work on toys), and my OCD would kick in if I had a flaw on the figure, even if I half-ass fixed it. I always hope to have a replacement in hand before returning a defective item (preferably at the local store), but sometimes you gotta write it off and hope that someone can either help you find it, or you find another one at a reasonable price.

If you do get one, I would at least call TRU to see if they can give you a giftcard for the difference (doubtful). Hope you at least get one in the near future, and at least they didn't lose the return on their end. Had a local do a return to Hasbro Toyshop, where they said they never received the items back.

People make mistakes. It can't be helped. You will never find a perfect production run of any retail item.

get 93 percent rubbing alcohol and rub off the paint on the other leg.

    really it's just paint.

besides all that money was for prime. the trailer, roller and spike were free.

    Again, crying over nothing. :/

If your missing an arm got broken pieces then I'd rage. but it's paint.

and it's not even needed paint as no other G1 primes have silver on their shins anyway (especially if going by cartoon accuracy) :/

Forget these people who tell you that you should be happy with what you got. In the end what you think matters. Not people like this shining example of negativity above me.

this is what some people do not understand that some people do not want to draw on or paint their expensive collectable toys that should not have been missing paint in the first place
