I am confused people here say what this is an ok transformers film but all the critics hate this film and they but a 16 rating on RT so can anyone help to decide if i should see this film or not or can someone explain y one of these sides are wrong and please no silliness lets be grown ups about this i want a GOOD transformers film one i can watch over and over again so can someone please help me
To sum it up everyone is a critic. It all about personal opinion. See it if you want to see it and don't base your ideas off others.
Critics always bash on Transformers. Let me put it in short: If you're a transformers fan, and you like explosions, go see the movie Don't know if you can watch it over and over again though it's long
Honestly, the only person who can decide that for you is you. Our opinions ultimately don't matter one way or the other. The only way to truly know is to go see it and see what happens. You may end up loving it and if so, great. You have a movie you can watch over and over again. You may end up hating it and if so, okay. You watched it, you're out $10.00 and you move on. That truly is all you can do. We shouldn't be able to think for you, you should always do that yourself. And as for why the critics are wrong? They're inconsistent and some even contradict themselves in the same review. One says it's too loud, another says the sound is one of the best parts. A lot of them would like Bay to change who and what he is and how he does these movies, while another claims he has changed and it's not as fun because he did change. And Bay listened to the critics. That's straight up crazy bullshit. That's inconsistent insanity. Don't listen to them, or us, listen to yourself.
Apparently it's the worst movie in existence according to critics. However, it's YOUR opinion that matters, and generally, the average movie goer will find it entertaining nonetheless.
Here on Cape Cod, I've learned to take the "Cape Cod Times" film critic's advice as OPPOSITE my view of films. Meaning, he hates it = I'll enjoy it. I'll wait to vote on this thread until I hear his view of the film. Besides, (I've mentioned it on another thread) I remember a radio film critic claiming ROTF as "Horrible" because: "The Autobot's are fighting the Decepticon's again.. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they do that in the LAST FILM?!?" Some critics dumbfound me by not learning the subject material before they judge something.
Make your own mind up when you watch it. I think that's the only answer. In the grand scheme of things what's wrong with wasting a little money if it's a bad film. than the overall money wasted in ones lifetime watching films you didn't like. in fact you might enjoy this film and want to see it again
(Assuming we're actually talking about true plot holes and not using "plot hole" as an umbrella term for everything not explained in detail) I only noticed 1 actual plot hole. And it's at the end. The unexplained things seemed to be done on purpose for leaving sequels open, but time could prove me wrong lol.
Can somebody explain to me what Marvel does right with their franchises, since they overall gets a lot of positive reviews than Transformers?
Because they all hate Michael Bay. This movie for me was better than all 3 previous transformers. And it's my second favorite after the 86 film.
I believe the movie is worth the time and money to see. Great action, in my opinion a great plot, great cast and characters so yeah that about sums it up. Best outta the four.
