... Yea, I'm not going to lie around here. I think a MP AOE Lockdown would be really neat and awesome, and I know, I know. Lets get the other MP out of the way such as Wheeljack, Ultra Magnus, etc, etc. I'm just saying if near possible future would you want a MP AOE Lockdown?

MP Beast Wars all the way, even if they had to move away from the G1 characters for a bit. OR best yet, have one team design MP G1 and one team design MP Beast Wars

 

I wouldn't buy it. Unless TT or Hasbro makes a Leader Class Lockdown I believe you're SOL as the only Movie Masterpieces to date have been leader class molds, Damn good leader class molds at that. I just don't see enough profit for Takara to even consider it other wise.

 

I definitely want a Leader Class Lockdown. Not Masterpiece though.

 

An HA Lockdown would probably be the closest thing. Too bad HasTak did away with the Human Alliance sub-line.

I'm one who wants true movie masterpiece figures and not just detailed repaints.
I wouldn't mind Lockdown but give me the first trilogy Prime, Ironhide, Ratchet, Bee, Hound and who ever else. I like the movie designs enough to spend the money on highly detailed versions.

 

If it was a Lambor or Prowl sized car that grew to the size of an MP-10 robot, then that'd just be amazing

Those don't count. They're just retail movie figs with slightly different paintjobs.

 

Though it should be noted that these were just leader class figures from the regular line with better paint.

So... I'll offer this: Granted, DotM Lockdown isn't the character from AoE. But he is more or less in scale with the MP Line, truer to the original source and pretty neat.

 

True, and a Leader Lockdown with better paint would be a way better figure than the current deluxe.

 

I wouldn't mind if they resumed the movie MP line with original molds. If they did that I certainly wouldn't start with Lockdown, but he'd be welcome when they got to him.

 

G2 Sideswipe is my MP Lockdown  .

 

Yeah, that line he said to Marky Mark that if you ever see his face that means you're as good as dead would apply pretty well to G2 sideswipe  

 

He just needs a Leader class - but a GOOD Leader class like Ironhide, Starscream, or Prime from ROTF.

 

Nah, a character that deserves a Leader class toy at this point would be Ratchet. Dude appears in 4 of the movies and still only has the original TFTM Voyager as his biggest figure. I want a Ratchet that will scale better with Leader Ironhide and Optimus.
