And wow. Dinobot Charge is one of the most powerful and emotional pieces of music I've heard since TF1's Autobots Arrival. What'd you guys think of the Score?
Its a good score IMO. There are a few like the Dinobot charge that are great! But I do feel the past movie Scores have been better. I guess for me it was more the point that most of this movie's Score didn't seem to jump out at me in the movie like past movies.
It's one of the best but my favourites are "Honor to the End","Hackind the Drone"and "Autobots Reunite"
Not counting the EP, I found the score to be rather underwhelming this time around. But Dinobot Charge, damn! There's something really primal about those drums. They capture the essence of the Dinobots perfectly.
I feel it's a bit more subdued than the previous scores. Maybe a little bit too 'straightforward' even? But to be honest, I've been listening to it pretty nonstop, and I like it.
This score didn't stand out at me in the movie like it did in the first movie, but there was some good moments. Lockdown's theme was good, and I liked Crosshairs' theme (aka Punch Hold Slide Repeat).
The score wasn't as impressive this time around. There are a few old scores I recognize but Dinobot Charge was pretty good and Lockdown's theme was quite creepy as was Galvatron's.
