If so, can anyone confirm the differences? I saw pics, but I was wondering if there was a detailed review. Thx!
Just seen it myself at a few local toyshops here in s'pore. yup it's true then from what i've seen with my own eyes it's definitely the clean version & it has a blue nosecone too. Just to be sure i even asked the shop-owner what's the difference. he said it has less wheathering & it's the cleaner version...but don't take my word for it yet. i didn't buy it b'coz i already have the Hasbro one. Wait till someone else on this board have it, then you'll get a more definite answer. dat's all.
Oh you're joking! And I've just gone and bought the Hasbro "carbon scored" version... Well, I ain't buying two screamers...suppose I could sell this one...sigh. Ah what the hell I still love him, carbon scoring and all.
Personly I like the Hasbro version of SS and Prime for that matter. The damage/carbon on the toys give them a more realistic and battlehardend look.
Not seen the taktom one yet but does anyone else use the original release as Thundercracker? obviously I'm not talking about the Walmart screamer here
Yup me too. looks more realistic that way & also i dun dig that blue nosecone that much. (even if it's so-called anime accurate) I've seen quite a few galleries/collections of fellow collectors on this website & several others who did that. the blue-greenish color scheme of the 1st MP-Starscream makes it suitable as a Thundercracker.
