This episode was awesome, aspecially if you are a "Six Million Dollar man" fan like me. So many gestures to Steve Austin, the original Bionic Man: A fatal accident Lex mentions a 6 million dollar sum Dialoge that say: "We have the technology" "Bionics" Victor being severly wounded in a car accident. Like Col. Steve Austin in that jet test crash. And to top it all, Victor had a bionic sound that really reminds the original bionic sound. Absolutly a great episode
Cool ep. Looks like Lex is really getting into his "bad-guy" persona now. My favorite parts was when Clark x-rayed Victor with his vision and you could see what will become the Cyborg costume in the comics. Also the end with Lionel saying "Your secret is safe, Kal-el" kicked ass.
I watched the last half of the episode and found it enjoyable but it was nice to see a Teen Titans character pop up in the show.
I was asking because typically after an episode's ending, there is a review of next week's episode. But this time there wasn't any and immidiatly began that Ashton Kutcher's crap, so I thought that maybe it was the final episode of this season.
yeah, probably reruns for a month. sigh. great ep. wicked ending.. Though it makes you wonder if it was actually Lionel or Jor-El... Lionel with knowledge about Clark, or Its actually Jor-El possessing the body of Lionel... hmmm
Don't forget when Clark turned off the X-ray you could see a quick image of the face plate over his face.
It was a good episode. Though I'm getting confused on what Lionel is up with Martha. I do like that he's showing that he's Jor-el though. About the lack of trailers for upcoming episodes. From what I've read, there will be a break of new episodes till late March/April timeframe. I think they are on the 15th or 14th episode so assuming they are doing 22-24 like they normally do then they will probably come back with new episodes around the beginning of April to finish up the season in the middle of May. I'm really looking forward to the last batch of episodes. If the rumors are true then it should be a good ramp-up to the season finally.
I guess I'm the only one who didn't like it. I thought it was lame, poorly paced, and extremely predictable. This show has gone down the tubes, IMHO. I taped it, and ended up fast forwarding through parts out of boredom.
It was good im always for other super hero appearances. Maybe it seemed really "predictable" and what not because the eps that introduce othersuper hero chars seem to follow a similar structure in terms of what happens, how they're introduced i *was* a little irked about no preview for the next ep. I know its no the season finale [for one, WB would be pimping the crap out of the show and two, the stories in the last few eps woulda been hella good] i'll be sad if we get stuck with another month or so of re-runs :\
Not a bad ep; better than the last few at least. Lionel at the end was great; the line has seemingly been blurred between Lionel and Jor El in the past and I like them getting into that. The scene with the two jumping from the roof was also pretty nice looking. As for new episodes ... there won't be another one until April, but in the next one, James Marsters returns as Brainiac, attemping to get Lex to help him free Zod from the Phantom Zone.
April! Six friggin' weeks? Feh! I hate long-ass gaps like that. That and season four (and currently five) of 24 have really spoiled me.
I was the same with Nip/Tuck. There were only 13 episodes or so, but no gaps inbetween. I was torn - the season was over quick, but the whole time I was like "wow, ANOTHER new episode? Rock on!"
Excellent episode. I thought the actor for cyborg was about 6 million times better than the actor they got for aquaman. By the way, I mised part of the episode due to a weather interruption. Could anyone tell me what happened between when cyborg was hiding out in lana's apartment to when he was back in that lab on the chair and lex was talking to him. thanks in advance.
