    Here's Grimlock's bestie as he
    appeared in Fall of Cybertron.
    Slug was made with a Beast hunters
    Bulkhead with some heavy modification.

    I appreciate what you're going for and the robot isn't bad.... but that altmode looks like pooooooooooop.

    Yeah, I know.
    But I mainly display him in robot mode anyway
    so his alt mode doesn't bother me much.

    If it works for you that's all that matters.

    I will say, you could really have something here with the addition of some panels on his side and a bit of sculpting to define his dino face and front legs.

    The aggressive dino mode only needs a better defined triceratops face and you'd have a pretty good figure all around.
