skyhammer's head is tiny, like a slightly big deluxe maybe, so yeah i think you could fudge it.

 

Drift will not look anything like this in the movie if he is indeed a chopper. But I'm starting to think he may not be now.

How the hell is helicopter --> car going to even work in the movie? "Durr hurr scale", I know, but these movies have been pretty good at avoiding blatant mass-shifting...

 

That Drift is baffling. I mean, sure, it's a VERY solid mold, and I'll likely buy it, but.... what the FUCK? Hasbro has been batting a VERY solid game on AoE figures; amazing Dinobots, solid vehiclebots, etc. And then VOYAGER DRIFT. Just. It's like they went "You know what else fans love, apart from chrome? That Skyhammer mold. Nobody ever uses it and it's really nice. Let's use it again." "Dude, we said we wouldn't be doing any toy-only characters" "We did? Shit, just.... idk. Make him fuckin' Drift or something, people like Drift, right? Yeah. There we go. Slam dunk. Shots for everyone."

 

Slog looks like he has a decent amount of neck articulation, promising indeed.

If they made SOS Dinobots using these Dinobots, they'd likely have killed all the Autobots before they had a chance to nullify them.

Then they'd go to the power plant and kill every Decepticon afterwards, because they were bored.

 

I love shoving stuff into small spaces. Challenge accepted.

Also, comparing Drift to Slog in box, and owning Skyhammer... shit, Slog's kind of big. I'M FOR IT.

 

Maybe Drift will be a Takara only release? Apparently they never said they wouldn't use any existing molds... re: Jolt, Dino, Bee, Screamer, Optimus and Dew-Bot releases.

Probably not; we saw a Voyager Drift solicited ages ago.

 

Maybe he'll start the movie as a Helicopter decepticon and fight Optimus and lose badly, getting large chunks blown off his body
