I didn't want to post this in news because it's just a rumor for now.

Today I went into a small imported toys store that I visit every now and then. They usually get their stuff because the owner travels to Asia frequently and buys lots of toy box assortments. They had all the GDOs and a good variety of the latest figures. And I saw Prime Dreadwing (who isn't out here yet). A little expensive, but eh, I still got one because it's a pretty cool fig. Now when the guy passed me the box to check for QC issues and such, he told me he had unboxed an identical figure today, but it was green if i was interested. He had already sold one and had more to put in the shelf on monday. I asked him several questions (such as what type of green) and he was positive it was Skyquake.

It's very weird, but he may be out already i some asian countries. I'll try to return to the store next week for more loot, and to check if Skyquake's there. The thing is, maybe there's some hope that the last wave won't be cancelled yet.

 

Unfortunately...  

 

It would make sense as they usually show up in Asia first anyway.

Yeah, I considered it, but I guess he didn't have reasons to do that. He didn't know a lot of the robots by name (he described PRID Rumble and Kup that he still had in storage to me by looks, but was very specific on Skyquake's colors, like the kinda olive green). I must have asked "are you suuuuure?" like three times, heh. I was just checking Dreadwing out when he commented that he also had one just like that, only in green. Completely unexpected.

Like I said without visual confirmation it's only a rumor, but I'll be trying to verify next week.

 

That sounds awesome. Glad I'm waiting 2 more weeks to ship my BBTS POL.

 

There was a mention by All the Cool Stuff that they said they'd been offered it for solicitation recently... so you never know it may be due quicker than people think.

I'm scratching my head about GDO Brawn too.

 

I've seen enough posts by Gilgamesh to know he's not a troll. He's legit. My only concern is that mayyyybe the guy from the store didn't know what he was talking about.

I'm going to take a leap of faith and say I believe this to be true.

 

Why didn't you ask to see it right then and there?
