    So. Freaking. Awesome!

It kills me to read the sellers comments about how it shouldn't be flown since all past flights with these babies ended in failure (crash?).

It looks like it should be a GI Joe vehicle. Heh heh given the tail, I'd call it a Sky Shark.

If I had all the money in the world I would buy that nuclear military base from a few months ago, buy the sky car, buy a team of engineers to backwords engineer it and create a fleet of new and improved models armed to the gils. And oh yeah take over the world so that I wouldn't have to pay taxes.

The "Sky Commander" name in the thread title is WAY cooler than the actual vehicle name "Sky Commuter"...

I'll consider it when it's available as a kit. Judging by the size of the ducted fans, that thing's an experimental ultralight.

    Too cool, if only conceptually.

I always wanted to make that vaccum-powered hovercraft advertised in the back of my "Boy's Life" magazine. Right after I bought the X-ray glasses.
