some stuff can be had on taobao for cheap. not all though.
i got some deluxes off taobao for CNY 49-59 some months ago.
combined with the occasional cc discount, its pretty worth it. shipping via a reshipper like ezbuy or using global direct shipping option is still worth it. just need to be able to find it and read chinese plus navigate. usual way to start is to search "变形金刚 idw".
cost of a full set of, say, defensor or superion, is sgd 80-90 including shipping

Has anyone seen the Combiner Wars Victorion at retail anywhere? I haven't seen the usual suspects specialty guys carry it either.

 

OG peoples park has lots of CW devastator/menasor/superion and a storewide 20% off list price(except those already on sale like deluxe 2 for 30 etc).

its quite strange. their albert complex one has piles of deluxes, but the peoples park had like 4 or 5 deluxes in total and that was it.

didn't drop by og orchard yet though

OG Orchard CW Leader Class giveaway seems to be different from OG Albert as reported above. I bought a Leader Skywarp and was given a Voyager class Scattershot.

 

At this point of time, OG is just trying to recover all their shelf space to accommodate upcoming TR releases.

You don't see the same promotion/leylong as being offered by the other retailers so I'm guessing OG is really eager/determined to rid these pieces before others follow suit.

 

Scalpers I guess? Anyway, as a Bro here has shared earlier, can always get from Taobao and still be cheaper than dept store 20% off if really can't wait. For Victorion I think I'll just wait for price to stabilized first
