Transformers RID is full blown in toys r us paragon.
not very impressed with this line to say the least...

the design and transformation of warrior class grimlock is actually awesome.
but the material usage is a serious let down...

I guess they do have to cut costs somewhere considering they are keeping the warrior/deluxe price point the same as before.

Just a heads up, Isetan is having a discount on the RiD toys till the 5th of Feb.

It's $23.90 each for the Deluxes (warrior class).

I want to sell my combiner wars stuff already. Takara's Superion so much nicer than hasbro's. Hasbro's is really crap. Not even using the original 5 member team. I'll sell all my hasbro stuff and just go Takara all the way

Rumour said that there are going to have a hasbro slingshot? However Takara paint scheme is alot better than hasbro i would say. White fist, goldish yellow instead of orange on silverbolt.

I've not been reading the recent comic books, but is Hasbro's combiner combo choice part of the on-going combiner war storyline?

Most G1 vintages are expensive. Unless they are not the most sought after ones like the Jumpstarters :p

    Maybe you can try Roborobo.

The Takara set is even cheaper if you preorder it vs. buying Hasbro at retail price.

I'm having second thoughts about selling off my Hasbro one as well, but I might stick with it due to my budget (2015 looks like another year of really good 3Ps).

I'm concerned about all the white plastic on Superion's hands and feet and on Silverbolt. Won't that turn yellow over time?

Yes, it is. It explains Alpha Bravo and Slingshot.

Yeah it's really a deluxe but slightly smaller. I have it and i can confirm it's slightly smaller than a Generations Deluxe. The plastic quality also feels different. But the Warrior/deluxe class is a good in-between collector level complexity and the 3-step changers. The transformation is fairly simple but it's fun and doesn't leave me frustrated either way.

Then if that is the case the Superion members are also kinda like warrior class also. They are pretty small in size i think. Tonight I will double check and compare with my other deluxe figures.

Nope the Aerialbots are quite chunky & not small.

Here's a size comparison btwn Dragstrip & an earlier CHUG Dragstrip fig.

Slight update Taka is having a 20% off discount for their TF products.

Edit: All around town Isetan, OG & Metro also having 20% off discounts could be due to the lunar new year just around the corner.
