In case, you're confused seeing those 2 pricing for SS86 Leader Class, $89.99 is for Coronation Starscream while $99.99 is for Dinobot Sludge.

Vivo city TRU having 30% discount. Having WFC Cyclonus, Rhinox. Latest bumblebee deluxe wave and left not more than 7 piece SS Sludge. Happy hunting!

 

it's pretty scummy that this TRU is pretending like these toys are on sale when it's actually just the usual price. how can they get away with this?

...but luckily this TRU actually has an actual discount and isn't faking.

 

Wondering how come it's not consistent among all the TRUs'.

Also, does anyone know if EVERY WAVE will have 20% to 30% discount at TRU at some point in time?

Haven't been keeping track.

 

TRUs are known to have bad communications even among themselves.

Some of the branches don't even know what promotions they're supposed to run.

They had to call up other branches or corporate office to check. (Further evidenced by some of the bros whom also posted their encounters at different branches in the last few pages.)

What I posted VS Astrobot's is another good example.

Yah they did this during the last 30% sale too. Put deluxe price at $50, then 30% $35 which is actual retail price. Scummy AF.

BTW I got Legacy wave 1 at 30% off during last week Shopee/Lazada sale

Was told that TRU's HQ informed all branches that there's an internal pricing error so the latest Studio Series Leader Class Dinobot Sludge, Voyager Class Junkheap, Deluxe Class Bumblebee Arcee, Ironhide & etc ARE EXCLUDED from less 30% sale.

For the branches that erroneously displayed these under discounts, they were told to "rectify immediately/remove the price labels" so as not to continue the wrongs further.

 

Netflix Sparkless Bot is $15 at OG Albert. Anyone interested can go take a look, 20% storewide discount for this weekend too.

TRU Tampines left with 1 SS Ironhide and lots of Arcee.



Do note WFC Deluxe discounted price is $29.99, around 14% only (even though on their online website Slammer is listed as 30% off) and SS86 Coronation Starscream is $89.99 in another section. Itz a mess lol.
