Besides, they've got special guests to do new voices for lawyers and tv people. Also, me and my sister always said the closest person that could be close to replacing the voice of phil is Billy West aka Captain Brannigan from Futurama.

 

I remember reading an interview with Billy West where he said his Brannigan is a tribute to Phil, as Phil was originally going to voice Brannigan.

 

I think he is more of the lionel hutz voice.

It would be a miracle if they hired Billy to do him for 1 episode.

 

SMH. Simpsons is a decent show but to complain about a 45% paycut when your being paid millions a season is ridiculous.

Fair play to the huge fans of the show though.  

 

I really hope this is the end for The Simpsons. What made The Simpsons great and truly special has been long gone for some time.
