I used my silver sharpie to "paint" over most of the black on the Opitmus gun that comes with the classic optimus/megatron set. I left the groves black- looks nice- and looks great with classic bumblebee. I also used my sharpie to color the communicator on hot rod- makes it look like a saw, and filled in the groves on Hot Rod's gun.

I kind of wonder if that's what they where thinking for it orginal- but then felt it wouldn't be accepted- so change it to a communicator. So I guess we can make it whatever we want. And I want Hot Rod to have a saw.

    Cool.

Might have to try and find one myself to paint up the KO Devastator rifle my Bumblebee's got.

And Starscream's face while I'm at it - have you gotten up the courage to go over SS's face with the silver?

    Black Sharpie

I liked the results from the silver sharpie- so I decided to play around with a black one. The only thing I say that really needed it was Optimus Primes gun/smokestacks.

And how fine-tipped are the Sharpies you're using, BTW?

Nice improvements. Fine pointed paintmarkers have become my bef friend lately.

For superfine detailing Ive been using dead panel lining pens and dipping them in paint. I have to be careful tho, it's easy to get carried away :lol

For the black I used the ultra fine point- for the silver I used the fine point (regular size).
