I am new to customizing Transformers. I usually stick to GI Joe, but I wanted to complete my TR Quake with his Targetmasters.

Tip Top and Heater (made from Siege Blowpipe and Firedrive).

    Feedback is always welcome.

Sweet! Those two look really nice! I wish Hasbro would be able to give us Battlemasters with more paint budget.

Great work there! Big fan of your Joe's, especially the original characters you guys used to do on the Tank.

Thanks guys! Painting TFs is pretty different from painting Joes. That is why I started small with the Battle Masters. The types of plastics involved as well as all the tabs and parts that are used in the transformation make TFs a different challenge. I’m enjoying it and have a few more bots on my work table.

Agreed! More paint as well as articulated elbows would have been great! That said, these little guys are tons of fun, so I’m not really complaining ;)

Thanks man! I put my Joe customs on the back burner for now, but I’ll get back to them sooner or later.

you know the blowpipe/caliburst barrel has a 5mm port on it, so you can do a combined gun mode with the molds youve chosen ;)

Too bad his arms are so weak... Did you have a fix to get him to hold them up?

Lucky... mine has a floppy arm and the right foot won't stay put in alt mode.

An awesome idea and impressive paintwork on the little guys. I quite like your background too, which really sells the scale of the works.

    Thanks everyone!

Holy mackerel! I had not noticed that. As soon as the paint hardens a bit more, I’ll give it a try. Thanks for the tip!

My Quake can hold his arms up pretty well, so no mods necessary. That said, he can’t hold the Battle Masters at just any angle, some poses will droop.

    Thanks! Much appreciated.
