    White helmet and gray crest or red helmet and white crest are the only acceptable options for Ratchet. None of this white helmet and red creat crap. That's Prowl's thing blast it!! :)

    Don’t have a ‘G1’ Ratchet or Ironhide yet, and I really quite like this mould. (I love the TF: Prime look, but haven’t found that Ratchet for a decent price)

    Hopefully he shows up on the west coast of Canada at some point. Ironhide hasn’t yet, though.

    I’ll get one copy to keep as is and another to “Marvelize”. Then, knowing Walgreens, they’ll put him on a crazy sale and I’ll buy several more. I love me some Ratchet.

    But this does make me wonder.... if they did Rumble and Frenzy, would they make Rumble blue for the first time in Hasbro toy history?

    I meant G1 Rumble. And actually released. None of the others have had media appearances or enough to cause such a division in the fandom. FOC and Prime are Aligned, and the RTS one got canceled.

    Considering Hasbro/Takara are working on the same figures now, I'm not surprised they're starting to lean towards the original cartoon, as that was usually the direction Takara took.

    Red helmet with silver crest or white with black, I don't really care. White with red should never exist again though. As stated, that's Prowl's look. It's that type of disregard for details that keeps Hasbro from realizing the full potential of the brand.

    The brand has already made Hasbro millions, at this point I don't think any potential lost or gained by the choice of color for Ratchet's head is of great concern.
